First, “Register.“ Then, “Log in,” (sidebar on the right) with your username and password.. Hover the mouse over the headline of the Post (for example, “Public Comments Welcome”), see the last line of text, see Comments (See test comment under “How to Post a Comment“)  on the right. Click on that button. You will see Responses (that is, comments) and given the opportunity to  “Leave a Reply.”  If you wish to comment, type in your comment and hit “Submit Reply.”

How To Post A Comment Instructions

Before you can post a comment, you must Register. Click the Register link in the sidebar to the right or to get started or click here for first-time registration. You will be asked to enter your name and email address and a password will be emailed to you. When you receive your email password, return to the blog. In the future, you must log in to add additional comments so be sure to keep a record of your username and password when it is emailed to you. (If you do not receive a password in your email soon, check your ’spam’ folder for the automatic email responder.) When you return to the Blog’s Home Page, “Log in” from the right sidebar. Hover the mouse over the headline of the Post (for example, “Public Comments Welcome”), see the last line of text, see Comments (or No Comments) on the right. Click on that button. You will be asked to “Reply.” Type in your comment and hit “Submit Reply.”

Public Comments Welcome

The Danville Regional Foundation (DRF) announced today it has received proposals from two nationally-known groups,  Resources for the Future and RTI International,  to conduct an independent socioeconomic study on the regional impact of uranium mining.

Abstracts of these proposals are online and available for public comments until July 18, 2010.

Registered, public comments (see Why Register) submitted online will be reviewed and used in selecting the organization to conduct the study.  Read the Resources for the Future Abstract and the RTI International Abstract, then share your comments below. Learn how to post a comment here.
